It is a sturdy, spacious great bunk bed and my kids absolutely love it. I had to give it 4 stars instead of five because the directions were not clear. The stages needed to be broken down more and some of the parts like parts numbers 27 and 28 were mislabeled, this made making sure that all the holes aligned a challenge since some parts looked almost identical but for the holes in them, so please watch out for that. If you can get past the substandard directions as you can see in the picture enclosed it is a very nice bunk bed.Muy buenas literas! One of the drawers was broken. Seller couldn’t ship and replace the damaged parts. Happy that seller was responsive and issued a refund but wish the product quality was better.The bed came packed well. However, the directions were not clear In several areas, some parts we mot labeled correctly, or the directions had the wrong label for the needed part. Paint was chipped in some areas, we’ll try to find some touch up paint for it. Worst of all, one drawer section were put together backwards when we received it, nothing lined up correctly, and we had to dissemble it completely and fix a substantial factory defect. We’re pretty handy and used to putting things together and tackling projects around the house, so we made it work, but for a less than average DIY’er this would have been a nightmare.This is a great bunk bed. While it took a while to assemble it was well worth the time. It is extremely sturdy, the steps are so much safer than a ladder for little ones and the storage as well as the trundle are extra pluses. This bed is also a great value.Took over 10 hours to put this damn thing together(by myself w/some help from my daughter)because the instructions were horrible. Right out of the box, found damaged bottom pieces to the drawers. Then when trying to assemble the drawers, the predrilled holes are in the wrong spots. I just brushed that off(have my husband fix that) after I assembled the beds and started the ladder, I found a crack in the top step. Im pissed. Why did I pay ocer $200 for shipping and handling for this garbage. Seems sturdy, two 13 year old girps are doing okay so far but would not recommend to anyone or buy from them again. I have already messaged them about the damage and defective pieces, waiting for my refund.Loved!
